HSCVF’s Safe in Sound project (Local 2010) has worked closely with the local university and offered a fantastic opportunity for six students to become marketing volunteers for two months.
The volunteers organised awareness raising activities to promote health messages. They designed and produced posters to promote the project and its safety messages around alcohol and other substances, sexual health, and personal safety. The volunteers also organised two awareness raising events which gained local media coverage.
